I was lucky enough to come into possession of my grandmother's family photo album. Most of the photos in it were taken in the late 1800s and into the early 1900s, and taken in a professional studio. Unfortunately, the most identifying part of the photos is the name and location of the studio; a few photos have notations such as "For Uncle Jim" written on the back. I have a general idea that they are all related to my paternal grandmother, Fanny Elizabeth (Alexander) Trisler, but that is the best I can do for most of them at this point. I am hoping that by posting these photos, someone out there will be able to help with identifying some of the people in them.
